Our house is a traditional Swedish cottage in massively gezimmertem Holtz. It is completely renovated, with the old style has been preserved from the year 1870. At the same time, it includes all the modern comforts. The house has been decorated by a family member of an artist with a typical Swedish furniture, crafts and works of art. Norregard located for many generations of family ownership. It sits high and deposited in the highlands of Småland. The view over the endless forests is fantastic. The property has an area of ??80000 square meters, consisting of lonely forests and flowering meadows with many beautiful hiking trails. One easily finds berries and mushrooms and the rich animal life, consisting of elk, deer, lynx, hare, grouse and black grouse, invites for observation. About an idyllic path through beautiful forest walk (or drive) in 10 minutes at the farm belonging to the secluded beach with boat and sand beach on the lake Lyen.

Notes

  • Graduation Rates: The price is for 4 people. For each extra person 50 € / week. Max 10 people. 10% deposit after signing the contract, balance 4 weeks before arrival. Deposit EUR 100.
  • We ask our guests to bring their own towels and linens and the final cleaning itself do so. Whether you need the final cleaning it costs 90Euro. Arrivals are on Sundays after 15 noon clock. Check out Sunday's front 12 clock. We rent since 1995 and have many German regulars. We speak English and German.
