Photos and Description of the Villas at Island Club vacation condo rental 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms sleeps 8, 1300 sq. ft.

Our Great Condo is approx 15 minutes from Disney, 1 minute from the US192, in the Lindfields area. An upstairs unit, with 3 good sized bedrooms (new beds and bedding) and two bathrooms. We have updated with NEW sofa's, carpet, coffee and end tables, crockery pans & DVD. The master bedroom is en suite and the sun deck looks onto a conservation area. There's a full kitchen, A/C, Washer Dryer, TV's, (new 32inch LCD in the lounge -72 channels including Disney & ESPN), CD/Tape Music System. The condo has Wireless Broadband Internet. The Site has 2 Pools, Jacuzzi, Tennis Court,Kids Play area and a BBQ area. The Clubhouse contains Games and Fitness Rooms. Within 10 minutes are 3 Public Supermarkets & a large WalMart. Sea World, Universal etc are all within 25 minutes drive. Numerous Golf Courses are within a 15 minute drive. Keys are collected from our Management Company who are 15 minutes from the property - straight down the US192. They'll help you if you ever need them.

    THE RATES WILL INCLUDE LOCAL TAXES, CLEANING FEES AND FREE USE OF THE WIFI!! It also allows you access to our management company who are available 24 hours a day. Keys are collected from the management company or if you arrive late via a lock box.
    Please note in is at 4pm on day of arrival and check out is at 10am on the day of leaving.

I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving. It was clean and well equipped and on a site that is good for our kids. The management company were great as we needed to collect the keys at midnight.
We will be back on this complex next year and will definately stay at the same property.
