Overlooking the harbor and at the same time at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, in the heart of Monaco is the bright and modern apartment. Clean and newly decorated, with marble floors and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms, including the bathroom and have windows overlooking Monaco. From the balcony of the harbor and the sea are easy to see, from the Formula 1 start-finish straight you can see a short clip. Nevertheless: Formula 1 visitors live in the middle of the action! By slightly recessed position the apartment (except during the race) quiet (top floor) and with the pedestrian area a variety of restaurants and cafes, etc. Ideal for 2 - (inflatable bed available) setting up a cot available. Parking at the port (except for Formula 1) and in the parking garage behind the house possible.

Golf: On the French Riviera, there are 28 golf clubs, from the inexpensive 9-hole green fee course to exclusive private clubs, for which you need an invitation from a member. In the Monte Carlo Golf Club can play in the summer during the week on Green Fee to Handicap 28th Other clubs we can recommend you in person, referring to your personal ideas.

Formula 1: Formula 1 takes place from 26.-29. May 2011 at. For Formula 1 visitors the apartment is excellent, because of the action.

Skiing: From Monaco, you can very well go to various ski areas. Within about 60 km away and thus about 1 hour drive away are:

- Limone Piemonte, Italy.

- Isola 2000, France.

- Auron, France.

- Valberg, France.

The light-filled apartment with separate kitchen and a beautiful bathroom and spacious, about 8 meters long balcony is located in the pedestrian area / center of the harbor district of Monaco about 30 yards from the start / finish straight in Formula 1 - Racecourse. From the apartment overlooking a quiet little park and the harbor. Located in the center of Monaco, in walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. Evening sun on the balcony, no traffic noise, top floor. A newly refurbished, nice apartment for 2 people, nice, large dining table for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen, etc. wonderful to spend a week in Monaco, on the French Riviera.

My husband and I stayed here in April during the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters tennis tournament and we loved it. The location is very nice - very close to the harbor, restaurants, and a grocery store. The kitchen well-equipped to cook dinner and eat breakfast each morning. The whole apartment was clean and had huge windows with beautiful views. No question that we will stay here again when we go back to Monaco... already daydreaming about a return! Many thanks to Stephan for being so helpful and accommodating!
