The flat is on the 9-th floor. The communal installations: Fitness centre, grill / kitchen, a space for parties, two swimming pools, a sauna and a big terrace. Everything with a marvellous view of the coast and the skyline of Joao Pessoa. The building is new. It was finished only in April, 2007. 24h doorkeeper's service provides for security and service.
Nearest Beach : beach at 200 Metres
Car: not necessary
