Super Ski-Urlaub

Unsere Unterkunft war funktionell, sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Der Blick vom Balkon war sehr schön. Sehr angenehm haben wir die Tiefgarage mit Zugang direkt gegenüber der Wohnung empfunden. Toller Balkon mit Panorama-Aussicht, Prima Schwimmbecken und Sauna.
Die Entfernungen zum morgendlichen Einkauf zwecks Frühstücks waren sehr kurz. Die Bushaltestelle für den Skibus war ebenfalls direkt gegenüber dem Haus und leicht zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter haben sich sehr gekümmert, auch während unseres Aufenthaltes hat man sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Dies haben wir als ausgesprochen angenehm empfunden.
Das Skigebiet ist toll und sehr empfehlenswert. Herrliche Gegend im Wallis.
Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub ist in dieser Ferienwohnung immer gegeben.

die wohnung ist super. gut eingerichtet mit allem nötigen,bequem zu erreichen und trotzdem still. man hat alles im ort und kann viel erleben. besonders wanderfreudige kommen auf ihre kosten. im haus selber prima schwimmbecken und sauna. herz was will man mehr. unserer meinung nach sehr zu empfehlen und vielleicht schaffen wir es noch mal hier hin zu kommen und so einen super urlaub zu verbringen.der service des vermieters ist auch prima und man fühlt sich rund um gut betreut.mfg herbert laudahn

Klein aber fein

Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft und die Gegend so wieso gut gefallen.

Positiv ist uns aufgefallen: Toller Balkon mit Panorama-Aussicht, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Weckchen usw. direkt am Haus), mehr als Standardequipment (falls man mal nicht für jeden Fall alles dabei hat), Regentag lässt sich recht gut rumbekommen (Schwimmen, TT, TV, Brettspiele, usw.), Umfangreiches Infomaterial und nette Betreuung des Vermieters.

Weniger positiv: Wer viel Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung vor hat, für den kann die Auffahrt in den hochgelegenen Ort -insbondere bei Dunkelheit- negativ sein. O.K. Wer oben runter gucken will, muss halt hoch fahren (über 1000 hm)
Das Hallenbad hat Öffnungszeiten offiziell nur bis 20.00 Uhr, so dass ein Entspannunsplansch nach einem Ausflugs/Wandertag nicht immer möglich war. Dafür hat man aber auch keine Ruhestörungen durch Poolbetrieb.

Wer nicht ein hochmodernes Appartment erwartet und mit 3-4 Erwachsenen anreist (- wäre meiner Meinung nach zu eng-), für den sei die Wohnung empfohlen.

Owner's Response: Unser Mieter hat ganz recht bemerkt, dass unser Apartment ideal nur für 2 erwachsene Personen ist. Mit zusätzlich 2 kleinen Kindern wird es schon recht eng und abends gibt es dann das Problem mit den unterschiedlichen Einschlafzeiten für Eltern und Kinder.

Unsere Wintergäste freuen sich darüber, dass Les Collons auf 1.800 m Höhe liegt und man morgens nicht erst mit dem Auto zu den Liftstationen fahren muß; es bleibt in der beheizten Tiefgarage.

Die Sommergäste aus flachen Gegenden hingegen müssen sich erst daran gewöhnen, dass sie bei längeren Tagesausflügen immer erst 26 Haarnadelkurven (20 km) hinunter nach Sion fahren und auf dem Rückweg die gleiche Kurverei wieder nach oben machen müssen. Für die ortsansässigen Bewohner ist das längst Routine. Und leidenschaftliche Paßfahrer unter den Gästen genießen diese Straße stoppen sogar schon mal die kürzeste Bergfahrt.

Les Collons is a small resort on 1 800 m height above the cantonal capital of Sion in the Rhone Valley. Easy Directions by car; Basel 230 km highway to Zion and then automatically 20 km of well maintained mountain road up to Les Collons. The house in Mont Noble Osthanglage offers a magnificent view of the mountain panorama with many four-thousanders. The altitude in the eastern area of ​​the '4 valleys of Verbier 'or' Les 4 Vallées' with 400 km of pistes of max. 3 300 m to the valley is ideal for winter sports. In the summer, wonderful walking-tours offer directly from the house to 2 600 m height, and day trips by car to the historic old town of Sion, as well as to Chamonix with Mont Blanc, Lake Geneva, Leukerbad with Gemmipass, Riederalp with Aletsch Glacier, Zermatt Matterhorn, the Rhone Glacier Furka Pass and Rhone source. Ski: Les Collons is a very snow-sure location due to its high altitude. The own car, you can generally leave in the garage. Some experienced skiers can ski right from the house down to the lowest ski depending on snow height, from where all the other lifts to achieve. In the evening you can go back on skis again to the front door. You can walk to the nearest ski lift on a flat road at about 500 meters. Morning and evening there is a free shuttle bus right outside the house Mont Noble and takes skiers to the different lifts.

Those who bring no own skis or snowboards can hire in a sports shop next door to all units.

Because of the favorable Osthanglage the snow conditions are still very good even towards the end of the ski season at higher temperatures. It also prepares artificial snow on exposed areas when needed.
