• Lovely townhouse villa with garden and terrace • 4 twin/double bedrooms (sleeps 8). • 3 bathrooms • Lovely open plan kitchen/living room with views out over the pool and gardens • Cosy seating and dining area for 8 • Air condition in all rooms (Charged separately) • Direct access to communal swimming pool, 5 meters from patio • Dish washer and washing machine This townhouse is located at Regina Gardens 3, just outside of Paphos. The complex is fairly small and cosy, with villas and one apartment building surrounding the pool. The villa has all mod cons and lovely airy spacious rooms. Short distance to new pub (at Regina Gardens, with Sky TV) as well as small local super markets and restaurants. Beach is a short 10 minute stroll, by Venus Beach hotel.

Regina Gardens is located just outside of Paphos town, just off the famous Tombs of the Kings road. Paphos itself has a lovely harbour area, walkways along the seafront, the shopping districts of Kato Paphos and Old town Paphos, as well as a large area of streets full of restaurants, bars and discos. Lovely beaches line the seafront, and there are lots of interesting venues to visit all along the coast. The famous beach area of Coral Bay is a 10 minute bus-or car drive further out from Paphos.

Guest Book 2007/08: Review for: Villa Regina 'This is a wonderful townhouse a real home from home, although we had a car and spent the first week out at Coral Bay with friends,the second week was just perfect for our daughter aged 12. The owners and families of the other villas were all very friendly, you can relax by the pool without any interuptions, this is really perfect for families. Here children can enjoy themselves. The ice cream van arrived every day, the adults as well as the cildren enjoyed it.A brand new bar has opened just in front of the apartments, you can have a meal or just a drink and a game of pool here , although busy at times no noise could be heard in the apartment. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. Great value for money.' Great fun at Regina

The villa was ideal, well kept and clean. The pool was lovely, warm and kept in an excellent condition. The neighbours were all very nice and the children had lots of others to play with. The location was a little further from town than we would have liked, a taxi or bus was always necessary but overall we were very pleased with the booking and the arrangements were excellent. We had a most enjoyable holiday, didn't want to come home! Thank you.

First class villa

A first class villa with four good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. Beautifully furnished with all equipment provided. Clean and tidy throughout. The sliding patio doors opened directly onto the pool area, great for supervising the children whilst having a leisurely breakfast on the patio area. The icrecream van visited daily. The pool was a little chilly at times even through the temperatures reached 81 degs in the shade. It was about a mile stroll in the evenings to reach the main road where the bus passes to take you as far as you want in either direction into Pahos Harbour or out to Coral Bay. A small selection or restuarants were available on the main road and all were excellent value with great hospitality. We had a fantastic week in October half term, with my father, my husband, and our two girls aged 5 and 12.

Excellent all round. The property was very clean on arrival and the local reps were very helpful. The villa was spacious and the decor and appliances were modern. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The location was not as far from the main areas as we thought it was going to be and all inall we were very satisfied.
