Main town in the Lower Engadine. 1,250 meters above sea level. Engiadina Scuol - with mineral water from the famous springs - and access to the hiking and skiing area Motta Naluns (1,250 m to 2,800 m above sea level). Between the two well-preserved old town parts, Scuol Sura and Scuol Sot (Upper and Lower Scuol) is the main shopping street Stradun with 40 stores. From different wells in the village flows carbonated mineral water. Scuol is a bastion of Roman language culture. Romance industry names on company signs are required by law, such as "Cuafför" and "Restorant".
