Brilliant Luxury villa 3.5 miles from Disney, south facing pool and whirl pool. Oak Island Harbour/Kissimmee area, Kissimmee area, Orlando/ Disney area, Central East, Florida, USA. Master 1 King on first floor, 2 Queen, 2 single. & 2 Sofa bed. Large screen tv in family room. Game room, tv's and dvd/vcr players in every bedroom. Stereo System in Family Room. Unlimited telephone call in the continental United States. Wireless internet throughout the house and by the pool. Very quiet area, but so close to all the excitement of the amusement parks and beaches. Tranquil fountain in the lake just behind the villa is so relaxing.

All of the Disney Parks are within minutes. The Supermarket is 1mile away. The new Super Wal-mart is less then 5 miles away. There are numerous restaurants such as Outback, TGI Fridays, Indian Food, Chinese food, Red Lobster, Pizza Delivery and great Restaurants over in Celebration Village. If you like classic cars, Old Town is the place to be on Saturday night for the antique car show. The beach is only 1 hour car ride straight on Hwy 192. This home is located in one of the most desired areas in Kissimmee. If you are looking for a relaxing time or an adventure this is the place for your next holiday.

The perfect base for the perfect vacation

We returned from our 4 week extended stay (thanks to Eyjafjallajokull...) yesterday and want to fly back tomorrow. The property is located about 1/2 mile away from the US 192 - the main highway cutting through Kissimme. Within less than 10 minutes you can be in all of the Disney Parks and other Orlando attractions.

The house itself is wonderful - very spacious, airy, light and full of every home from home appliance you could possibly need. The pool was wonderful - warm, large and had a great aspect overlooking the Oak Island lake and its resident black crane which spent hour upon hour cooling down from sun in the fountain!

We had booked 2 weeks but were lucky enough to be stranded for a further 2 weeks following the eruption of Eyjafjallajokull. Thankfully the owner (Kathryne) made plans for us to extend our stay and even gave us a discount (sharing our pain!). We met Kathryne several times and you could not meet a nicer person - nothing was too much trouble. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurants (not the usual fast food joints that sprawl across much of the 192) and where to shop and avoid the tourist prices.

The kids (6 & 4) had a wonderful time in the Orlando area - but it was further enhanced by the property's wonderful pool, spa (our 4 year old's 'pirate ship'), games room and the Mickey Mouse TV in the kids bedroom. They, naturally, want to go back as quickly as possible - but not necessarily for the theme parks but to jump into the wonderful pool and to simply relax in 'their Florida home'.

I cannot recommend this property enough - we've been home just over a day and have done so a few times already. We are a well-travelled family and have stayed at some of the best hotels and resorts in the world (all 5* - we like everything to be absolutely perfect!) and we're a little apprehensive about holidaying in a house - but it was a choice well made - one that we shall never forget.

If you're considering this area for your stay and this property is within budget then I would not look any further - make the enquiry today!

Excellent villa and stay

Well what could I say but FAB FAB FAB! Villa was pure luxury had everything in what you could possibly need, location was fantastic for parks, and 192 for shops and restaurants check out the Outback Steakhouse close enough to walk to, kids loved the pool (so did the adults) and the games room, pool area was excellent to sit out on with the views of the lake, villa was very clean on arrival did not find one fault, welcome basket was a nice thoughtful idea. Kathryne was vert helpful towards us before our stay answering any questions we had found her very friendly and professional. We have stayed at a few villas in the area and this one comes up tops by far we will be back next year if she has availability. I envy anybody who goes to this villa as I loved it so so much.

AMAZING LOCATION and Beautiful Surrondings

Highly recommended property............This house has it ALL !!! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION................close to everything you need whether its groceries, shopping, dinner or entertainment its all here within 10mins by car......The house itself is beautifully set on a lake with a fountain that lights at night....can't help but relax by the pool and listen to the birds sing and watch white cranes walk by. The house was spotless when we arrived, with a beautiful welcome package on the dinning room table, compliments of the owner. Lets just say....... you have to see this to believe it !!!!

Fantastic Villa and Perfect Location

Fabulous house. Brilliant pool area. Lakeside location is fantastic. 5 mins to supermarket and a huge selection of restaurants. Disney 5 mins and universal 20 mins. 25 mins from Orlando airport.
Kathryn is a delight to deal with too. Nothing is too much trouble.

Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely house, very close to Disney..

We had two weeks here to explore the world of Disney and was perfect for us. Is literally 5mins in the car to get to the Magic Kingdom and the 192 with shops and restaurants etc is 1min in the car. The pool was lovely and we loved watching the lily pond at the back trying to spot gators, we managed to spot one swimming around so were happy about that! :)
They had a couple of strollers in the garage which was fabulous as our 5yr old (who hasn't been in a stroller for well over 2-3yrs!!) struggled a bit with walking around the parks so was happy to be pushed instead!
Weather was rather stormy whilst we were there, but we loved it all the same :)
Thank you to lovely Rosie who was on call for any issues we may have had, she was very friendly and helpful, as were the management company who look after the house.
Overall a fabulous stay in Orlando :)
