Light, 130 m2 large mansard apartment - you can stand everywhere - in a bio-architecture style and renovated with attention paid to detail. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer enough space - also for multiple families or groups. In the well-equipped kitchen and in the living room you can eat, sit and relax with enough space. From the wide balcony you will have a great view of the Gulf of La Spezia and you can enjoy the evening sun. On our sun terrace you will find a grill, lounger and chairs. If you don't feel like cooking, you can go to the restaurant 100 m away and try out the Ligurian cuisine. In an absolutely peaceful location, far from everything, you can enjoy your holiday with the advantage of having the sea and shops nearby. Those who like to hike, jog or go mountain biking can start right by the house. Bus stop about 1.5 km away, from here you can take the bus to Lerici - for walking, swimming or ferry boats to the Cinque Terre.

Golf course: The golf course is located in Lerici.

Culture and attractions:: Lerici and San Terenzo are popular holiday resorts with white sand beaches. At the Burg of Lerici you will find the chapel Sant'Anastasia, in addition to the impressive fortress with the five-corner tower. The fortress serves as a headquarters for the palaeontology museum. In the Burg of San Terenzo you will find a multimedia centre that is dedicated to the Shelley couple, the English writers who lived here. Somewhat further south of Lerici you will find more beautiful bays and beaches like Fiascherino. The city of Tellaro with its tight alleys, the Caruggi, is worth a visit and very characteristic. In the summer, there are small cruises from Lerici that connect La Spezia, Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre.

La Rocchetta is the name of the hill where you will find our holiday apartment. We are located 250 m above sea level and above Lerici. La Rocchetta is a part of the beautiful Monte Marcello nature park. From here you will have a great view of the Gulf of La Spezia, also called 'Golfo dei Poeti' - the Gulf of the Poets. The cities on the hills like La Serra, Pugliola, Solaro and Pozzuolo have a long and interesting history and from here you can enjoy a stunning view of the bay.

Animals are allowed (upon agreement with the landlord).

We loved our stay and our host! We recently returned home from a 40 day vacation in 5 country's and our stay here was the best. The apartment is large, spotlessly clean and our host Rosella was so unbelievably kind to us, we could never express what her kindness meant to us. Our beds we so comfortable and everything we could have ever needed was provided for us. I am already planing my return visit next year! Don't miss a chance to eat at the restaurant at the end of the drive, it is by far the best food I have ever eaten!!! If you are looking for an amazing place with amazing views and the most amazing host, this is the place!

I have just spent 6 weeks in Italy,one area that is still unspoilt with hardly any tourists is LERICI on the ligurian coast,we happened to stay in a 4 bedroom house called LA ROCCHETTA,it was magical,the views were impeccable,the accomodation has everything you possibly wish for(so so clean) and also with very friendly hosts to help you with any questions you might need to ask,little villages and towns very close by like TELLARO,PORTOVENERE,AMEGLIA AND SESTRI LEVANTE,all in all it was without any doubt the best 7 days of our vacation.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
