The apartment in Pateo de Convento is a luxurious and well maintained accommodation in the heart of the historic center of Lagos. The very central yet quiet location, this complex has a large swimming pool, ideal for swimming. Also, several beaches, including one of the most popular in the Algarve - Meia Praia, the Port of Lagos are within walking distance. Countless restaurants, bars and cafes and food shops in the immediate area. Three bright bedrooms with generous closet space, air conditioning and access to the balcony can accommodate the whole family. Modern leather sofas, a dining table for 6 people, a flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine provide maximum holiday comfort. The balcony with sea view and charcoal grill offers plenty of room for cozy evenings. In the surroundings are also some of the best courses in the Algarve, for example, Palmares and Boavista.

The western Algarve is a relatively unspoilt and beautiful part of the Algarve, ideal for cycling and hiking. The weather is typically sunny and warm, usually as early as February until late in the autumn. A slight breeze during the height of summer makes for a pleasant climate. The Algarve is particularly famous for its many outstanding Gofplätze that are open all year round. In the environment of Lagos there are many attractions and activities for the whole family such as water parks, water sports, dolphin watching, a National Park, the Monchique mountains, cliffs at Cape St. Vincent and the location of Loule. Lagos is the historic heart of the Algarve with many lovely sandy beaches and coves, and numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Me, my wife and our 3 children stayed in this wonderful apartment for 1 week.
Prior to our arrival, the Irish landlord had posted us maps of the areas pointing out where the apartment was along with useful information such as a car rental company he himself uses in Faro (close to airport), what supermarkets we can buy groceries from because we prefer to cook at home and also take advantage of the barbeque on the balcony and his favourite fish restaurant. So arriving, we knew what to expect. The apartment itself was perfect. It was so clean, spacious and modernly decorated. It was in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the marina. The Kids had great fun in the pool and a room to themselves. We would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back.
