Skiing: Less than 1 hour from the beach is the magnificent Sierra Nevada range offering one of the longest ski seasons in Europe from Nov - April. This is one of the few places in the world where you can ski in the morning, and enjoy sunbathing on the beach later the same day!
Golf : For the avid golfer there is a nearby 18 hole golf course in Motril, just 5 minutes along the coast. Mountain biking and horse riding are also available and are the perfect way to enjoy some of the most stunning scenery in Spain.
Other activities: In the summer you will find the usual water sports (Snorkelling, windsurfing, fishing, jet skiing, beach volleyball etc.) Near the massive Penon rock you will find an abundance of marine life where you can scuba dive or snorkel.
