Located in South Creek Acres, this home borders on the Cape Hatteras National Seashore Park (a natural area protected from development), and provides good Ocean Views, excellent access to Beach (approximately 150 yards to access), and is close to the Community Swimming Pool, (80 yards to pool) & Community Tennis Courts.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 cars, Enclosed Outside Shower, and Fish Cleaning Sink.

Mid Level: 4 Bedrooms (1 Master w/Queen, Full Bath, & Access to Covered Deck, 1 w/Queen, 1 w/2 Bunk Sets, & 1 w/2 Singles), & Covered Deck.

Top Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Area, Master w/King, Full Bath, & Access to Sun Deck w/Ocean View & Hot Tub .
