A contemporary show-house is for rent, in a beautiful and comfortable condominium, with ten houses and security, which has been featured in a magazine. The ground floor has three environmental areas, a living room, dining room and bedroom with en-suite. Outside area has space for entertaining and has a swimming pool with 3 depths (maximum 1m50cm). There are maid quarters that are adequate for two people.It is located on Mamucabinhas beach with warm, turquoise waters and natural pools that offer tranquility, privacy and beauty. Every day is a spectacle of color that can be enjoyed from the roof, the balconies, or from the huge windows of the clean and contemporary house that is on offer.

Important: the maid service is once a week, which is included in the rent. Maid/cook is to be combined and not included in the rent. The pool, upper floor and safety-rail of the staircase, have no protection for children.
