Our luxury villa has 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite complete with jacuzzi. This bedroom opens onto the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms are served by their own bathroom with shower. The living accommodation comprises of a large family room with patio door to the pool, a second lounge which provides a quiet sitting area, spacious dining room with seating for 6 people (plus high chair). Large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and additional seated breakfast area. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The pool is fully screened, not overlooked, and is equipped with loungers, table & chairs. Villa has a

large lawned garden backing onto a wooded area. Large garage with plenty of parking space. Villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a residential estate.

Pleasant Hill Lakes is a quiet residential development 2 mile south of the 192. Our luxury villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large garden backing onto woodland. A good selection of shops, restaurants, golf courses, lakeside picnic and children's play areas are close by. Disney, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild, Sea-World and all the other attractions are all approx. 25 minutes away. For a day out at the beach you have the choice of the Gulf Coast/Tampa or the Atlantic coast & the NASA complex.

Other Activities: Lakeside picnic facilities with children's play areas.

Perfect for a family

The villa exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for a big family (our children 16, 16 and 12) and lots of fun by the pool! The only disappointment was the weather - not so many sunny days as we expected. I guess our timing was wrong (end of June).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Our pool is not overlooked by any other property so is a great area for the family to "chill out" after busy days. Pity about the unusual weather, June is usually one of the best months.

Great Holiday location

Our partyof four adults and two 10 year old boys stayed for 2 weeks in March. The villa was excellent: very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The boys particularly loved using the pool. It is also ideally placed for visiting the parks - even the Space centre is only an hour away. Ann and Dave had provided clear directions to the property and we were delighted to be able to relax in such a quiet neighbourhood after busy days in the parks.
We would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Great villa, great location!

Stayed here for 2 weeks in September and it was brilliant!

Felt really homely and a great base for going to all the parks and St Pete's Beach.

Received lots of useful information from the owners before our arrival. When we arrive we needed to call out the maintenance company and the gentleman arrived within ten minutes and was really friendly, gave us lots of tips on driving as it was our first time on the roads!

Spent a few days just relaxing in the villa, the surrounding area was so peaceful and the local supermarket, Publix, was just a ten minute drive away.

The pool was a bit chilly, as it was September but we found that once we were in we stopped noticing how cold it was.

All in all, 10/10. Would love to come back to this villa, already considering coming back next year!

Great holiday home. Lovely warm pool. Very peaceful location.
Dave and Anne supplied lots of helpful information and clear directions to the villa.
Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach approximately 75 minutes drive. Both well worth a visit.
We would recommend the villa to family and friends.

A lovely place

We stayed here for 2 weeks in April 2011 - 6 of us including 3 children (ages 21, 20 and 14) and daughter's boyfriend. It is a lovely place - very spacious allowing everyone therir own space if needed, and plenty of room in the kitchen and dining room for family cooking and meals. There's also lots of room in and around the pool and lots of space between the houses. The master bedroom is brilliant.
We like to get away from the Disney area so that we can relax away from the hustle and bustle but still be close enough to get to the parks. This place fits the bill for us. WalMart, Publix, Denny's all very close.
We'd definitely stay here again ... sad to leave when the time came!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers
