*******Excellent accomodations********

We arrived on March 26th and stayed a week.The owners Astrid and Andres live onsite and will do whatever it takes to make your stay a pleasant one.Everything you could possibly need is provided including chairs,umbrellas for the beach.The apartment that we stayed in was very clean,spacious and had been recently renovated.There is a new pool on site which we used every day we were there.From my initial enquiries about the property I found the owners to be very prompt ,courteous and easy to deal with.The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is ideally located close to shopping and within 15 minutes of Siesta beach.If I ever go back to Sarasota I would not hesitate in staying at Tropical Fruit Garden again!!!! Thanks again Astrid and Andres

It was a home away from home

tropical gardens is owner managed and they live on the premises which are very well-kept. My apartment was recently remodeled and had all the new updates And very clean. The owner has a cook out once or twice a week for the guest it was like a neighborhood cook out. we loved the location it was a bout 20 minutes to the beaches or shopping very close to everything. but yet the places is about a block from the main street very quiet setting. We loved everything about the tropical Garden's and would be happy to stay there again. The owner's are very friendly and wonderful people.

Wonderful place to stay

The owners act like B&B hosts, attending to your every need and providing opportunity to socialize with the other guests through an occasional cookout at the pool.
The apt was spotless, cheerful and comfortable. We stayed a month and could have taken up residence. The queen bed and 2 singles were made for a good nights' sleep. The kitchen was well equipped including the morning sun streaming through the windows.
I cannot say enough good things about the host and hostess. They are attentive without being intrusive.

This is a lovely place, located near shopping and 20 minutes from the famous Siesta Key beach. Enjoy!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Out family had a very enjoyable stay at the Tropical Fruit Garden Villa. With its cleanliness, new decor, wireless internet access, and heated pool, this proved to be an excellent spot for our family of 7 to escape the mundane winter weather of the north for a week. The owners were very accommodating and wanted to do anything they could to make our stay as relaxing as possible. With a full kitchen we were able to prepare food if we so desired, and with bathrooms at the opposite ends of the house we had enough space not to get into each others way too much. We would definitely recommend this villa for a low key family get away!
