Charming and quiet French Mas with beautiful view to the distant sea and the Esterel hills, away from the big crowds but one can reach some of the nice back country villages (like Valbonne or Mougin) in a few minutes, the beaches for example in Mandelieu in 25 min, Cannes in 25 Min and the Airport as well as the city Nice in 35 min. Prices just reduced by 15 % !! Golfers will find some of the best Championship courses of the Cote d'Azur (like the home of the French Open Cannes Mougin) in 30 min, two award winning courses Taulane and Terre Blanche in 40 - 60 min. The closest course 'La Bastide' is only 5 min away (you can see part of this course from the edge of the property). Tennis, riding and other sports are also offered in the region.

  • Everything included (change of linen and 3 hours of cleaning at the end of each week if rented for more than 1 week, end cleaning etc), telephone is charged extra as to meter, for heating period October 1 to June 1 electricity is charged also extra (heating by electricity)
