Enjoy a glass or two of wine as you sit on the patio and watch the sailing ships go past. Right on the beach this new bungalow in Venta Lanuza has a large patio with glorious sea views with patio doors and quality furniture. The ground floor has a spacious lounge with kitchen and dinning area with table and chairs also a utility room with washer and a line for clothes and a separate toilet with wash hand basin. Also upstairs has a bathroom and two bedrooms one double one twin with a veranda and furniture. All bed linen and towels are supplied. The property has air condition hot/cold. TV, SATELLITE, ENGLISH TV,DVD player, stereo, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and microwave. This property also has a large communal pool with kids pool and gardens with seated areas. FIVE GOLF COURSES ALL WITHIN 25 min.TRANSPORT EASILY ARRANGED,Airport transfers also arranged. This destination will surely suit everyone's requirements.

Right on the beach there is a lovely bar/restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea you can also find a hotel with restaurant also a paper shop/mini market. Both Campello and Villajosa are only an 8 minute drive and also have large sandy beaches, and seafront boulevards with palm trees and fish restaurants and a large marina. Benidorm is just 20 minutes drive where you have adventure park terramitica, Mundimar Dolfinarium and water world Aqualandia. Just at the bottom of the street there is a bus taking you too and from the town of Campello every half hour from morning to night. Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking and the balance becoming due six weeks prior to the start of the booking. If the booking is made within the six weeks prior to the holiday then full payment is required. Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday except by special arrangement. A 60euro end clean charge plus key/ security deposit of 40euro will also be required at time of arrival to cover any accidental/breakages. This surely is a most beautiful location right on the sea with its own beach. You can walk down to the beach in a few seconds and relax to read a book as you hear the water splash around your feet. I have just gazed for hours across the beautiful blue sea as the sailing ships float past as in a dream. A family of dolphins have been seen playing close to the beach on several occasions and after all Costa Blanca has already been quoted as the most healthiest place in the world to live. If you try this location you will surly be smitten as i have by the warmth of the local people and the peace and tranquility of this most beautiful location. (SPECIAL DEALS AVAILABLE)

Great place to stay

Just returned from two weeks stay this property, it was a terrific place to stay, the house was lovely, clean and very well looked after. The main attraction for us was the proximity to the beach, we had a 4 year old with us and she had a great time,the buckets, spade and paddling pool that was provided were a great job. The fact that the property had an enclosed patio was excellent. We did not have a car but the tram is very convenient and very cheap. The Jet set bar was a great place to eat and the staff are lovely. Congratulations to Kate and Domnic this is a great place to stay. We will definately stay there again and recommend it to others.

wonderful relaxing holiday

We are first timers at Kate & Domnics lovely holiday home.A very well equiped, clean & maintained house which caters for everyones needs.Beautiful beach where the waves are great fun & addictive.The pool area is clean and quiet allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.The jetset bar is so welcoming Christine & Steve make you feel so welcome where we enjoyed good hearty food.We did not hire a car & found it so easy to get around using the trams,visiting all attractions from Alicante to Benidorm. All in all a terrific family break.We will definately be recommending to our friends & family! Peter,Alison and boys.

Relaxing Holiday

This is the 5th year we have been to this well equiped property.There is a spacious patio area where you can relax. The beach is just across the road where you can laze in the sun or swim in the warm mediterrean sea.This year we travelled up to Calpe which was well worth a visit . Lots of restaurants along the promenade. Altea is our favourite place to eat out with lots of restaurants in the square beside the church.
Campello is a five minute drive with lots of supermarkets and a good range of shops.
The Jet Set Bar is a short stroll from the property where you can dine overlooking the small bay . The food is good and Christine and Steve are always very welcoming .
All in all a totally chill out time. Cannot wait to go back.

Good, if you like it quiet

The property was very clean and well kept, and if you just want a short break to relax this is fine. You do get a sea view, but is is partially obscured by construction work which has been abandoned, and there is a huge unused crane which dominates the skyline! On the one day, we had an incredible amount of noise from workers on the land adjacent to the property with diggers and landfill, as they were sorting the sewerage system, and had to leave the property as we could not hear ourselves think! The work was supposed to have been completed the week before, but the dates given as to when the work was being done mean nothing to them. Other than that, it was very quiet.

Facilities are minimal - the nearest supermarket is two kilmoeters away and an uphill walk - so unless you don't want to use the tram to get your shopping, then a car is necessary. The local supermarket closed recently due to a lack of trade. The tram runs regularly, but stops running about 10.30 at night, so if you want a drink after that then youm are really restricted to the one bar in the resort or on the patio, listening to the sea.

Overall, good for a short break and for peace and quiet. We found it very restful for a week, but if we had been there for a fortnight, we would have been a little bored.

I would rate my experience in this property as 5/5. The photos matched how beautiful it was and we hope to go back there in the summer. We had a barbecue on the patio, looking out to the sea..fantastic.
