The house is within a 10 - 15 minute drive to the local beach at Pine Island it is also located nearby to nature reserves, bush habitats and wildlife parks. It is approximately 1and 1/2 hours drive to the Disney area and 45 minutes drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa.

We had a wonderful time! The villa was beautiful. Well maintained, plenty of room. we especially enjoyed the pool and covered area in the back. The only thing we missed was having a high speed internet connection.

I stayed with my 2 boys(13/14yrs old)had a great time fishing at Bayport, sunsets and the beach at Pine Island, just messing around the pool,and BBQs in the evening, we all had a great time. The property was clean and had everything we needed and more, quiet too,super-market and resturants within 10mins.Busch Gardens was about an hour away but easy to get to,if you have been to the parks before and want something different in florida Spring Hill is a great area, and yes l would recommend this property to a friend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
