this home is very nice, quiet, good for families, we had a problem with the hot tub and pool but they were taken care of quickly and effeciently by the repair man. it is close to the bike trails and is family oriented.
we didn't get into the rental sunday until late, the realtor was not as cooperative as some that we have dealt with, it was almost 5 til we got into the home, not sure what the problem was, they said it had been rented the week before, but not sure. the owner has a beautiful home here but it is need of a good in depth cleaning and some repairs that need to be made include the nails on the decks, some leaks near the fire place and the grill needs a good cleaning but overall it is a good place to spend a week and relax and just enjoy.
