Notes: The wonderful holiday apartment is located in the Villa Ceresio direct lakeside location. A ladder from the apartment offers access to the lake! The apartment was completely renovated in 2012, fully furnished with style and attention to detail. They can be divided into 2 areas. First Living up to 4 people - 2 Living area 6 people. The premises are divided very generous and offer plenty of space. Pets, if educated and loving, are very welcome :-) A motorized rowing boat with 8 hp can be borrowed without a driver's license. Great terrace

A wonderful terrace with beautiful views, great for sunbathing and lazy lunches. Comfortable apartment for 2 (possibly not great for 4 - short of comfortable internal seating). Well equipped, some nice pieces of furniture. Owner lives upstairs. Parking a bit tricky as on very busy road - but no problem of noise inside the apartment. 92 steps from parking down to apartment so bring light luggage. Easy to travel to Lake Como or Lugano and further afield (if italian narrow roads are ever easy!). We recommend sitting, swimming, walking to nearby villages.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
