Spacious frontline beach apartment with panoramic seaviews to rent. The property is located on the first floor, just 30 meters beside the beach. The apartment is very spacious with a total surface of over 210m² - 100m² built plus over 110m² of large partly covered terrace. The spacious living room offers comfortable lounge area and dining area, both with seaviews. When you seat on the sofas you overlook the sea. From living room you have direct access to the spacious terrace with 2 gardentables and two sunloungers. Here you can enjoy the views and sun all day long! The master bedroom has also direct access to the terrace and offers also en-suite bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bath on the landing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has A/C troughout (warm/ cold) ans SAT-TV. With its perfect location and plenty of space this apartment will become a perfect holiday home all year long! There is a community pool and paddle tennis court.

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Einfach Klasse

Selten haben wir (Familie mit Kind) einen so entspannten Urlaub gehabt. Die FeWo ist hell, sehr schön direkt am Meer nur 50 Meter zum Strand gelegen. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, in der Küche fehlt nichts. Und die Sonnenterassse ist einfach nur die Schau....
Die Vermietung ist professionell, und das meine ich wirklich im positiven Sinne !
(schnelle Antwort auf die Anfrage, genaue Wegbeschreibung, Schlüsselübergabe ohne langes suchen, saubere Wohnung, Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben etc.)

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön gelegen. Man kann direkt auf das Meer schauen und ist mit dem Auto schnell einkaufen und kann es als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren nehmen. Wir haben Sevilla, Granada, die Al Hambra und die Sierra Nevada gesehen. Außerdem waren wir in Ronda(SUPER TIP), auf Gibraltar, in Tarifa (Wale und Delphine mit firmm!erlebt )und in Marbella. Das Wetter war super und die Menschen freundlich.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt zum kochen und frühstücken. Wir hatten einen Ansprechpartner den wir kurzfristig erreichen konnten und der sich bei Fragen direkt um uns gekümmert hat.
Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas abgenutzter als die Fotos erkennen lassen, allerdings waren die Betten gut und die Badezimmer haben einwandfrei funktioniert, das wichtigste meiner Meinung nach!!
Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. :-)

Traumwohnung am Meer

Nach langem Suchen haben wir unsere Traumwohnung in Spanien gefunden. Es war völlig problemlos sich die Wohnung bei einem vorherigen Aufenthalt in Spanien anzuschauen. Die Wohnung entspricht genau dem Angebot im Internet. Traumlage direkt am Wasser, riesige Terrasse, Blick bei gutem Wetter bis nach Afrika, super Ausstattung, sehr netter zuvorkommender Service seitens der Vermieter, sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Das hieß für uns: ankommen, wie zu Hause fühlen und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.
Die Vorabinformationen, z.B. Öffungszeiten zu Weihnachten und Silvester und viele andere Dinge, haben wir teilweise genutzt und waren sehr hilfreich.
Wir kommen wieder, das ist keine Drohung sondern ein Versprechen.
Danke für die tolle Zeit in Ihrer Strandwohnung.

Magnifique terrasse avec vue splendide

Nous avons passé 15 jours de qualité dans ce très bel appartement.
Le descriptif et les photos vues sur le site correspondent à la réalité.
Le calme était de mise, une jolie plage nous ouvrait les bras.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les visites des pueblos blancos dans la Sierra Andalouse, les bons restaurants sur la falaise de Ronda...
La proximité des commerces est apréciable (merci Mercadona). Puerto Banus vaut également le détour pour son coté "people".
Bref un excellent séjour à recommander.

Einmalige Ferien

Wir können nur schreiben, perfekt! Die Wohnung ist einzigartig und entspricht genau den Angaben im Internet, hoher Standart, riesige Terrasse mit einmaligem Meeresblick bis nach Afrika, ruhige Lage.
Sehr wertvoll waren die Angaben des Vermieters kurz vor den Ferien via Mail über Restaurants, Einkausgeschäfte, lohnenswerte Ausflüge, so haben wir uns auf Anhieb zu Recht gefunden!
Tarifa, Marbella, Malaga, ja auch Granada sind mit dem Auto in vernünftigen Zeiten zu erreichen und lohnenswerte Ziele.
Vielen Dank für die wirklich schönen Ferien - wir kommen wieder!!

Schöne Tage am Meer

Wir haben zu zweit wunderschöne Ferientage in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Eine großzügige Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse und Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (mit dem Pkw), Estepona nicht weit und die Strandbar
"La Sal" mit kleiner Karte aber guten Meeresfrüchten und herzlicher Bedienung nicht weit.
Leider ist die Zeit viel zu schnell vergangen. Kleiner Tip an den Vermieter:
Der Grill auf der Terrasse wird beim nächsten "Würstchen" bestimmt zusammenbrechen. Die Anschaffung eines neuen wird den nächsten Gast
bestimmt erfreuen. Das Geschäft "Clive Christian" von der Anfahrtbeschreibung existiert nicht mehr. Vielleicht einfach schreiben "nächste Kreisverkehr links" nach Aldi.
Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.
