2or3 bedrooms, kitchen, living with open fire place, right beside Kenmare Bay.

The house is well furnished and equipped with kitchen/dining room and separate sitting room with open fire. There is a utility room with washing machine/dryer and stairs to two bedrooms in one house and three bedrooms in the other. Bathroom with bath with electric shower and W.C. The hous is Oil fired central heating.

Dishwasher, Colour televisions/DVDs, (Free to air Sky), CD-player and Microwave. Camp bed, travel cot and high chair are available, if demand is places beforehand. Sorry - No pets.

'Templenoe or 'New Church' is a parish in the barony of Dunkerron, County Kerry, province of Munster.

5 miles from Kenmare, on the road ( Ring of Kerry ). Templenoe is situated on the northern shore of the Kenmare Bay, from which it extends towards the base of the mountains of Mangerton and Mac Guillicuddy's Reeks. It is bounded on the east by the river Finihy and on the west by the river Blackwater, both flowing into Kenmare Bay.

Near the shore are the ruins of the ancient castle of Dunkerron.

  • During off-season, depending on the tenant booking the house before or after you, the house can be occupied and left any day of the week.
    In that case the rent that exceeds one week is calculated on a daily basis. For short-term bookings there is a minimum price of 300 euros. Please enquire. During peak-season the minimum booking period is one week.
    The preferred changing day is Saturday.
    Energie included. Final cleaning is 60 euros.
  • For payments other than bank transfer or swift there is a 5% handling charge.

  • The Golf Club that is only about 2km away welcomes guest golfers. In and around the area there are more golf courses some of them really spectacular. The things one can do around here are numerous and go from horse riding over deep sea fishing, hiking, mountain biking to tennis. If you are in the area Sneem is an absolute must. Not least because of the most beautiful pottery one can buy here. (If ryanair did not have the restrictions with the weight of the suitcases I would have found present for all of my friends here easily
