Beach 200 m, free use of the kayak and the bikes! .

Our house is a typical Florida beach house in a unique location. Located directly at the bay in a tranquil dead end. It is surrounded by water and comprises a dock. A boat can be rented. The house offers space for 4-6 persons. The comfortably equipped living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen is fitted for discerning guests. The two bedrooms contain private bathrooms each. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other one with two single beds. In the basement of the house you find an additional bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a garage. A canoe and bikes are at your free disposal. The beach can be reached within few minutes on foot. On the upper as well as on the lower terrace you find a dining table and sun loungers. From here you have a view of the inner and outer bay and the slowly passing boats, and you can watch the dolphins playing. Directly opposite to the property there is the possibility to fish.

Golf courses, shopping malls, outlet mall and restaurants are in immediate vicinity. Bonita Springs boasts a very convenient and central location to all places in the surrounding like Naples, Fort Meyers, Sunibel, Captiva, Marco Island and the Everglades, which makes it very popular.

Dreamlike miles long beaches and water temperatures of more then 30 degrees during summer offer paradisiacal conditions. Fantastic waterways in unspoilt nature for canoe and motor boat drivers. Sights and water parks, nature parks, untouched beaches. A paradise for boaters and beach lovers.

Naples and Fort Meyers are only 20 minutes away and offer diverse entertainment possibilities for the young and the young at heart.

Disneyland Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa and Miami can be reached within a few hours.

For nature lovers the fauna with its numerous birds and other animals by and in the bay provides daily pleasures. Dolphins, manatees and local birds are constant guests.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The payment of the rent is only possible in the currency indicated by the landlord (US-Dollar). Payments in other currencies have to be agreed individually with the landlord. The currency converter is only for your information and does not provide a binding conversion rate for the rental rates.
  • Rental rate: From $170 Dollar per object per day, plus 11% tax and fees.
    Charge final cleaning: $ 160 Dollar
    A deposit of 500 $ has to be paid before the beginning of the holidays. The deposit of 500 USD will be refunded no later then 30 days after your departure, subject to no reasons for objection occur.
    The rental rate includes water, DSL flat rate, telephone within the USA, towels, bed linen and the use of the canoe and the bikes.
    A power consumption of $ 35 per week is included. There will be extra charges if more is consumed. For the provision of baby equipment (bed, car seat, high chair, pushchair) $15 per day will be charged.
    You can book and extra mid-term cleaning. Gladly we arrange the hire of an insured boat or a jet ski of your choice.
    All bank transfer charges will be at the expense of the renters.
  • Cancellation conditions: Cancellation fees will be charged gradually. Compare rental agreement.

This property is the nicest we have ever stayed in since we first started comnig to Florida, fourteen years ago. The views over the bay are stunning, we could sit out on the deck for hours and watch the birds, dolphins, and the occasional boat pass by.
The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the decor well chosen. This house does not have the latest up to date swanky kitchen but it is well equipped, with everything you might need in the way of appliances, and we cooked several times, including Thanksgiving turkey!.
We like to beach walk so found it ideal to walk less than 5 mins to beautiful beach on the Gulf side of the island. Docs Beach Hut, about 45 mins south is great for refreshments sitting under a palm tree.
It was an awful wrench to leave and go back home to the cold cloudy UK.
I strongly recommend the property.
Thanks Ellen and Jim for your gracious hospitality, we certainly hope to stay again.
