Our villa, which is 500 meters from the beach, is in the Campo del Golf resort with it’s two 5 star hotels where you can enjoy great food at reasonable prices. The resort also has a shopping centre with a large supermarket, boutiques, jewellery / cosmetic shops and a hairdressing salon. It also has a beach, cinemas, amusements, cafes, restaurants and a health spa. There is also a children’s activity centre.

Campo del Golf is 1 kilometre from the lovely resort of Calete del Fueste with it's beautiful beach harbour and water sports activities. It is also 4 kilometres from the airport. Think Canary Islands and you think sunshine. In the case of Fuerteventura you would be right. With three thousand hours of sunshine a year a sun drenched stay is virtually guaranteed all year round. This is a tranquil place, an unspoilt destination. You can of course find plenty of people to party with in the main resorts, but just beyond is a place of spectacular beauty and peace. It is the seaside, however, which is the glory of Fuerteventura. The sand is magnificent and the beaches are generally reckoned amongst the most impressive in the whole of Europe. The prevailing winds guarantee perfect conditions for surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing and land yachting and the clear warm waters also make this an ideal scuba diving destination. There are also numerous sheltered coves for the less adventurous.

Lovely Villa , Great holiday

Lovely, comfortable, well looked after Villa with everything we needed, only a ten minute run from the airport and easy to find,which is great after a long flight when you just want to get settled in. Location suited us, though a car advisable if you're not great walkers. Suited my hubby to a Tee! as off to golf every 2nd day! Supermarket in Atlantico centre was very good, 2 minutes in the car or a ten minute walk and finding the lovely wee beach just behind it was a bonus. We drove down to El Castillo at night and sampled all the different restaurants, and we had a couple of cracking barbecues by the pool too. The dunes at Coralejo are breathtaking and its wonderful to swim in the sea there..Terrific snorkelling. There are many secluded beaches to stumble on as you explore the island ..as we did , but beware the nudist ones if that's not your scene!
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will recommend Villa la Casuca to our friends. Thank you Jean

our october holiday

A very relaxing and enjoyable 2 weeks. Lovely stroll down to Atlantico centre and beach and easy with child in pushchair as its quite flat. The villa had everything you need and felt spacious and well maintained. It was brilliant BBQing in the evenings and the outdoor furniture is lovely to relax on. Washing machine was so handy, although i could have done with english instructions, ha ha! dishwasher was fab too as there were 6 of us staying. Caleta de fuste is only around 13 euros in the taxi from the airport so it was so easy getting to the villa and the Eurospar at the Atlantico is well equipped for all your self catering needs. Will definately return to Villa La Casuca!

Had 2 fantastic weeks in May

This is the second time i have been to Jeans villa. And the 3rd time i have been to this resort. We spent 2 fantastic weeks here this year. There were 8 of us, parents, brothers and sisters and grand kid. The villa itself is very comfortable and has all amenities. Also handy to have a dishwasher with so many people!! the outdoor area, is lovely too, very well maintained. The pool and villa was cleaned weekly. This year we didnt hire a car, we found it easier to get taxis. The local shopping centre is a 20 min stroll, there are a number of shops and restaurants, and a reasonable sized supermarket. The local resort caleta is a 5-10 min taxi ride, the resort has plenty of restaurants to cater for all pallets. We would definately return to Jeans villa, she is very accomodating and we have has some memorable times hear. If you are choosing to go to Fuerteventura on a self catering holiday, a definately recommend the villas on this golf complex, you will have a relaxing and wonderful time.

Very good - would recommend!

This was our 4th time back to Caleta & this time we went with 4 others so we needed a bigger property instead of our usual 1 bed apartment in town.

The villa was spacious, clean, had all mod cons and was well maintained. The gardens were lovely & the pool was fab.

Location wise, it's so convenient - only 10 mins from the spar shop, yet far enough away to maintain peace & tranquility. The location on the gold course was lovely.

Favourite restaurants in town include the Italian & Fado Rock. La Fuente is sadly no longer there, nor is the tapas restaurant - such is the effect of the recession. It's such a shame. Our friends who run The Slap & Tickle bar, have been struggling too so if you're reading this, please pay them a visit :-) You're guaranteed to have a fun night.

All in all, would recommend this villa to anyone - very good value for money and it's in an enviable position - quiet, yet close to town (20 min walk - easy & cheap to get a cab home!)

As frequent visitors to the island and ex owners of a property, our visit in May lived up to our usual expectations.

The villa was brilliant and was as described n the website, the owner as very helpful when we corresponded with her via email. Although situated on the 17th hole of the golf course you are not disturbed by the golfers.

A car would be ideal to get into town, althogh for the more energetic you can walk within 30 minutes, there are lots of good restaurants and bars in town. Cabs are frequent and cheap.

Would recommend this propety and area to couples and families.
