Luxury frontline beach penthouse to let! The property is very spacious with over 280m² built surface. The penthouse offers unforgettable views over the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. You enjoy panoramic sea views from almost every room. On the main level is the spacious living room with separate dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and the covered main terrace with over 80m². Listen to the sea and relax on our large outside lounge. There is also a large garden table and 2 sunloungers. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite-bath and 2 further bedrooms sharing a shower room on the landing. In front of the seaside bedrooms there is a second terrace with 1 sunlounger to enjoy the unforgettable sea views. On top is the spacious roof terrace with all day sun. If you like to spend your holidays in a luxury ambience with direct access to the beach, large community pool and a private paddle tennis court - this is your place!

Need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Our penthouse is located midst the town of Estepona on the west and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas to the east. The complex is located on the very first beach line with lovely gardens and pool at the sea. Further you will find a private paddle tennis court. In just 150 meters is a very good restaurant with Assador (open fireplace). In 300 meters you will find the new Albayt Golf & Country Club with excellent restaurant and Spa. You can relax at the indoor or outdoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath or book a professional massage. Further here is a very good fitness-club. San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door with numerous bars, restaurants, shops etc. Here you will find a lovely beach promenade along a 4 km. long sandy beach. The near villages of Manilva and Casares are typical examples for the Andalucian white villages. A visit here is highly recommended! Marbella and Puerto banus are just a short drive away.

Golf: The region around Marbella is well known for its abundance of golf courses! That’s the reason why the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Estepona is named Costa del Golf.   • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 105,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.

    In the period of 14.July - 25.August 2012 there is a minimum stay of 2 weeks required with arrival/ departure on a Saturday!
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES

This location is right on the main roads with easy access to Estepona and the surrounding area. However there was no noise or disruption from traffic and once in the complex you could be in an isolated location. Local Supermarket Mercadona just one mile up the road was well stocked with fresh fish, meat, bread and vegetables not to mention a wide choice of beers, wine and spirits all at extremely reasonable prices. Having a gated swimming pool area was perfect for our young grandson and gave us much piece of mind knowing he could not just wander off. The two pools were peerfect and he also had a great time on the sandy beach just across the path and also stalking the nearby rock pools. Local fish restaurant just along the beach and another just across the road had a great menu and were well worth our visits, but having the BBQ on the balcony enabled us to eat in more often. Penthouse itself was very spacious and well appointed and the views of Gibraltar and Africa were amazing. Just great for the adults watching the sunset with a G&T or breakfast watching the sunrise (no G&T). If you like to walk out of an evening and browse the shops this is not for you unless you drive into Estepona (5 minutes) and then you have a beautiful long promenade with plenty of shops and bars and restaurants with a terrific sandy beach and huge play areas for the kids. Small Sunday market held at the harbour was nice to walk around and with a bit of haggling we picked up a few bargains. It also helped that the weather was glorious with a great warm breeze coming off the sea every day so instead of sweltering in the 30+ temps it felt comfortable at all times and in the evening the automatic air conditioning throughout was great. We're already looking at dates for next year.

- Probleem met wasmachine werd dezelde dag nog opgelost.

Me and my friends enjoyed the apartment very much. It was nicely decorated, very spacious and well equipped with outstanding sea view. Description on the web site was accurate, place was clean and located in quiet surroundings.
We had lots of fun on the pool and the paddle court. You definitely need a car to move freely in the area.
Easy booking, good touch with the owner and reasonable price.
I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who's looking for comfortable place in a peaceful area to stay for holidays.

I have spent a wonderful holiday in this apartment. I must admit that for me it is not a best way to book a holiday stay by internet, but this time it was 100 % right decision. All descriptions of housing conditions were as written on a web page, all formal and financial operations were safe. We met a good customer service. I fully recommend this apartment as the place when You can really enjoy Your holidays.

Easy booking and conditions provided by the owner Good service by local maintenance lady who welcomes you perfectly. Duplex extremely well located with exceptional sea view and quiet area.
Nice to rent it, room enough, air condtioning working properly.
The only remark I would have is that kitchen material is basic but this could be easily fixed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
