Ground floor shower, kitchen, allergy-friendly bedroom with spacious cabinet

Centrally located house near highways, train station, Essen, bus connections. Ideal starting point for cycling tours like to the World Heritage Site Zollverein. The Veltins-Arena (7 km) can be reached easily with public transportation. Many excursions await you. An informational brochure will give you information about this. Since we live in the house, we are available for questions. The light and friendly tiled bathroom has a window. In the built-in kitchen you will find an extraction hood, ceramic cooking range, oven with hot air and grill, dishwasher, fridge, The dining table bordering the kitchen offers 3 seats. The living room is cosy and gets its brightness through the large panorama window. In the bedroom, with laminate, you will find a double bed with the dimensions: 180 x 200 m.

Each room can be closed with a stylish door.

Our house is located 1 km from the A40, the Schalke Arena is in the other direction on the A2. The closest larger street is Rotthauserstraße, Schwarmühlenstraße, Mechtenbergstraße, Hattingerstraße (coming from the A40).

Other Activities: Badminton, soccer, jogging
