Waterview villa, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, dock, TV, internet, phone, AC

The stylish Villa Coral was newly furnished in 2010. It is located in a well-kept residential region, south of the Shamrock Lake on an end canal with a dock and has a connection to a freshwater canal system. Already upon entering the villa, the guest can enjoy the stunning view past the pool and of the water. The villa has a living space of about 200 m2 and offers space for 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool, shower, double sink and it has direct access to the pool terrace and a view of the water. Both guest rooms each have a queen size bed and share 1 shower bath/WC. The large living room/dining room attracts through the spacious, open kitchen with a bar. A multimedia centre with a satelite-TV,DVD player,CD player,dolby sourround with I-Pod-Station is available as well. The solar heated pool is about 8m x 5m and the entire terrace with luxury garden furniture and a BBQ is covered. New: ping-pong-table. A real holiday dream !

Cape Coral is an ideal starting point for many excursions, like to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando (Disney World!) Miami, Key West or in the natural protection region of the Everglades.

Museums (Thomas Edison and Henry Ford in Fort Myers) are about a 15-minute drive away.

For golf lovers, Florida offers a large selection of first-class courses, some of them nearby.

Those who would like to discover the waterways can rent a boat through our house management.

Good restaurants and supermarkets are available nearby.

Some of the largest and most beautiful shopping malls include the 'Miromar Outlet' or 'Coconut Point'.

  • The total rent (plus11% tax) should be fully paid and transferred to us in Germany before arrival or can be paid before arrival by check to our property management in Fort Myers/FL..

    A deposit of 25 % of the rent is payable immediately.
    The balance is transferred 4 weeks before the start of tour.

    A caution deposit of $500,- is to be paid to the property manager in cash or through traveler’s check upon arrival and also is the clening fee of $130,-. .

    Power consumption up to $25 per week is inclusive. A possible additional consumption will be charged on site with $0.12 (kWh).
