Spacious and comfortable villa (72m2) , with a vast equipped terrace (hammock, garden furniture) from where you will enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the Pigeon islets (Cousteau reserve, famous for its scuba diving site) and enjoy the exquisite sunsets from the terrace. 2 pretty air-conditioned bedrooms + sofa bed, quality bedding, vast tropical garden with private barbecue, fruit trees, washing machine and private parking.

Nearest Beach : beach at 1.5 Kilometres

The nearest beach is 700m away (l'Anse à Sable), the second is at about 1.5km away from the villa (Malendure beach with the Cousteau Reserve). There is another one 2.5km away. A dozen of kilometres away, you will find the vanilla, coffee and chocolate museums, the cascades of Le Carbet and La Soufrière (30km away). Perfectly located near the Mamelles crossroad, you can quickly reach the Grande Terre.
