Tips on north side: The orientation to north side is not at all a problem in with the sun's position in summer. From my own experience whole day sun can be guaranteed for the entire pool deck. The lanai on the other hand offers comforting shady areas when needed.

The nature-friendly restrictions in winter are more than compensated through the enormously large Captain's walk (sun deck) on the water.

Sun is guaranteed on the sun deck even in winter for whole day. Especially it is - unlike under the screen - often pleasantly fresh with the waters nearby.

Mosquitoes etc. have until now never been a problem.

Founded by the Rose brothers in 1957, over 400 miles of fresh and salt water channels were built in late fifties - ideal for power boaters.

Cape Coral has the lowest crime rate of all comparable cities in USA.

Sun bathers, water sportsmen, anglers and golfers alike find this as an ideal holiday spot.

The Sanibel and Captiva Islands with their magnificent sandy and shell beaches as well as the Ten Thousand Islands with their pristine nature are located around Cape Coral.

Dolphin, manatees, rabbits, owls and many aquatic birds are housed here.

Golf courses of all skill levels are found in Cape Coral and its surrounding.

Not just those who hunt for bargains will be happy about the numerous shopping centres and outlet malls.

Recreational activities here for children are absolutely inexhaustible.

Golf: Numerous golf courses are there for all skill levels. There are 5 in Cape Coral itself and 50 more in the surrounding areas nearby. During some seasons (for instance, Christmas) it is absolutely necessary to fix appointments for tee times by telephone (on some courses 1 or 2 days in advance).

The Cape Coral Executive course is found near our villa (about 15 minutes drive), has 9 holes and needs no registration. Whoever comes first, will play first.

On a total area of about 300 sq.m (of which 200 sq.m living area is air-conditioned), villa Beachparkway offers you everything that you wish to have for a relaxing holiday with up to 8 persons. The luxurious ambience and the high-quality furnishing are not comparable with the usual holiday homes, since we also use the villa for private purposes. It is rented out only since end of 2009 for holiday guests.
