This idyllic retreat is an oasis overlooking San Antonio with stunning views across the bay and is a perfect getaway from the nearby beaches and bars. This villa appeals to everyone - groups of friends, couples, families and those looking to hold a special occasion and has many repeat clients. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over two floors it can sleep up to 12 people and you could expand this by another 9 by taking the villa next door - near to the famous DJ's Ibiza retreat. The villa has a fitted kitchen, lounge/diner with sat TV and stereo system that opens on to a large terrace where the shaded area with long teak table is perfect for sunset cocktails and "al-fresco" dining. The gated private swimming pool has sun beds and swinging chairs to catch the rays and take in the fantastic sunset views. We stayed for a week in this villa (May 16th to May 23rd 2009), it was for a mates stag do.

I have to say it is immense, the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, pool, bbq area are fantastic and worth every penny. As well as this the owners Juan and Antonio were fantastic all week and helped us with everything we needed.

I would recommend this villa to anyone and would definately use it again and again and again. It is only a 20 minute cab ride from the airport (€20) and it is only about 2 minutes into San Antonio (€6), so everything is local for you.

The villa was beautiful and ideal for youngsters, the pool was great and the barbeque area was really nice. Most of the rooms were very spacious. It was lovely to find the owner had provided neccessities (like alcohol and water) for when you get there and at cost as well- no silly pricing like the rest of ibiza :) Couple of things we would say however is that a)the owners were there once or twice every day which was a bit intrusive b) the toilets overflowed because they failed to warn us about not putting loo roll down the toilets c) it definitely doesn't sleep 12, there is no room to put matresses unless in with other people and that wasn't ideal when there are a few couples.

We stayed in June 2008. There was 10 of us and we all went out there to party. It was a great base for what we wanted: 15-20 mins to Ibiza town in the car and 2 mins down the hill to San Antonio. The view of sunset was amazing. I even framed a picture on my wall. Deposit returned without any hassle before we left. The owner even sent a Xmas card!

Excellent Villa

I was looking for somewhere for me and 11 mates to stay for our week in Ibiza and didn't want the usual cheap hotel option. So I looked into villas and found this one just outside San Antonio and thought it was too good to be true! It slept 12 when we booked it, so the cost between us was very cheap and we got a great service from the owners during our stay. The cleaners were in everyday and did a great job and the owners popped in every so often to see everything was ok. The views are amazing from the pool side, especially when the sun sets. I would recommend getting a car with this villa as it is up a track and quite a walk from town but don't let that put you off. Definitely recommended for young parties and families alike!
