House, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4) (DEC 2012 SPECIAL)

Located in the prestigious and private, 720-acre gated community of Corte Bella, adjacent to Sun City West. Del Webb's first active adult Country Club and the first club of its kind in the Phoenix area. This home is elegantly furnished and fully equipped throughout and features a spacious 1631 square-foot interior with nine-foot ceilings. Many upgrades found throughout such as 18-inch porcelain floor tiles, granite countertops and custom shutters. Large extended covered patio with gas barbeque, patio table and lounge chairs. You will thoroughly enjoy entertaining, or just relaxing outside taking in the wonderful weather and beautiful views.

The large great room features a fireplace with recessed lighing and is furnished with a matching sofa, love seat and chair. Entertainment center holds large 42'LCD HDTV TV.

The den is adjacent to the great room and is equipped with desk, computer and printer. Cable internet access is available.

The kitchen is fully furnished with new quality brand appliances and also features under the cabinet lighting, pull-out shelves and granite countertops.

The luxurious and spacious master suite overlooks the backyard and has direct outside access to patio, a huge walk-in closet and a master bath with dual sinks/vanities and a large enclosed shower with built-in seat. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size sleigh bed, 6 drawer dresser & chest, night stand, 32 Lcd TV, telephone, alarm clock and a ceiling fan.

The guest bedroom is furnished with queen-size bed with a night stand in between, six-drawer dresser, chest, Lcd TV, alarm clock and a ceiling fan.

Please note that Corte Bella is an age-restricted community. At least one rental occupant must be 55 years of age or older.

This was our first time to rent a home as a vacation distination and it won't be the last (as we have rented it again). The home has all the amenities and extra touches that one could ask for and was very clean. The owners Shawn and Lori were very approachable and willing to go the extra mile. Peggy the manager was on site and a great asset to the property.

We stayed in their home for 3 months in 2006/2007 and three months in 2007/2008. In the 38 years we have been renting homes and condos, we feel this the best. Shawn & Lori go out of their way to please. Peggy (manager) did the same. We strongly recommend to anyone.
