Relax and enjoy the white sand beaches of South Walton, Florida. Our condo is located at THE VILLAGE, a quiet, upscale beach community along the scenic gulf coast line (30-A) right next to the Town of Rosemary Beach, with its own giant swimming pool and a large pool on site , restaurants and grocery store on site and market plaza.The Village of South Walton has everything a family could ask for. Explore the shops, fine dining, the sights at Rosemary Beach and the nearby seaside villages. Other recreation in the area, including parks, tennis courts, golf course, fitness center, are all at a walking distance. On site, at the Village , we have a very good steak and seafood restaurant, Deli for lunch and casual dinner. We have a beautiful Bellagio style fountain with coordinated lights, music and the kids play around while you sit there having dinner.
The pool is right there, next to the condo. You can see your kids from the balcony.
Each seaside village along 30-A, including Seaside, Water Color and Grayton Beach, has its own style but their common denominator is fun and relaxation as a way of life. There are many unique and fascinating little shops and gourmet restaurants. The Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is at walking distance from our condo. There you can play 36 holes and they have a professional driving range.
We offer a fully furnished, brand new, elegantly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen, laundromat washer and dryer in the building. The third floor, ocean view balcony, overlooks the plaza , and beach access is a pleasant 5 minute walk away. There is a complimentary tram shuttle to the beach and to the Seacrest lagoon pool !!It runs every 20 min.
The master suite has a king size bed and a double vanity bathroom with a jacuzzi type jet tub and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third has two twin beds. All bedrooms and the living room have a television and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops, fine wood cabinets and a large dining area. The floor is beautifully covered with Travertine stone that extends all the way to the balcony. 10 foot ceilings!!!
You have available also an amazing and giant 12,000 sqf lagoon pool surrounded by lush landscaping, water falls, fountains and special children's area. Free shuttle to and from the beach and to and from the lagoon pool.
