This gorgeous south facing split-level house is semi-detached and There are panoramic ocean views from all rooms and verandas. The lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished and the bright modern kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric/gas hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Villa has its own Private Swimming Pool with fragrant gardens front and back and garden furniture & sun loungers and a gas BBQ. The Swimming Pool belongs to the villa and is for the sole use of its occupants. The house overlooks Praia da Luz, a relaxed former fishing village which has restaurants, bars, shops and a Blue Flag beach, all within a 10 minute walk. There are many well known golf courses nearby, including Parque Floresta, Boa Vista, Penares and Penina Golf. Faro airport is one hours drive away. There are wonderful cliff walks to the East towards Praia da Donna Anna and Lagos, and to the West to Burgau and beyond.

Notes: The villa is beautifully situated overlooking the bay and village. The walk back uphill from the village may be difficult for the elderly or infirm. (We think it helps burn off the extra calories from eating too much good food in the great restaurants!!)
