The Residence Roma is a lovely house with wonderful views. Via private access, downhill through an olive grove, one reaches the lake within 80m. Guests have use of the swimming pool (12 x 6m) with integrated children’s pool, a sun meadow and terrace. The small bar and communal lounge are popular meeting places. The car park and high trees screen the house from the road; a room for bicycles is also available. Shops nearby. Along the lakeside promenade there is the picturesque, bustling old town with its many shops, restaurants and entertainments, easily reachable on foot after approx. 1.4km. There are many sports on offer in Malcesine or one can take a trip in the local vicinity, for example with the cable car up to Monte Baldo; to the northern end of the Lake to Torbole or by boat to the southern end of the Lake – the landscape is always varied and delightful!
