The summer residence is situated directly at the ocean at a silent street at the outskirts of the town, for 4 persons at the maximum. The residence comprises a Studio (one room with a double-bed and one room with double studio couch), a living room with a chimney and a huge patio/terrace with view on the ocean and on the steep coast, a breakfast kitchen with terrace, bathroom, satellite television, air condition and washing machine. Furthermore a basement garage can be provided.
