Welcome to 'Villa Marina del Sol'! In October 2009, we have completely refurbished our villa: Once you enter, you look at the great outdoors, the pool and boat dock. The Florida sun is reflected in many large windows.

On 185 m² air-conditioned living space is the living room with kitchen island, and everything your heart desires: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, livingroom, diningroom and a lounge. The living room has a sitting area with flat screen (42 '), DVD player, stereo with radio and iPod dock. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. From the master bedroom you can watch the boats and get straight to the pool.

For boaters:: From the private dock in the garden you reach the Gulf of Mexico in about 30 minutes. Experience the beauty of the coast of Southwest Florida, with its picturesque bays, the number keys (small, uninhabited islands), mangrove forests and especially the snow-white beaches.

If you have no boating experience, our property manager will give you a boat with captain.

Enjoy the proverbial 330 days of sunshine and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets with a glass of wine or even a mixed cocktail - right on the private pool terrace. Through the western orientation of the pool you can enjoy even in winter the sun all day.

The villa is in very good neighborhood in a quiet residential area in the exclusive south-west of Cape Coral (4342 SW 19th Pl, Cape Coral, FL 33914, USA). With the boat to the Gulf of Mexico in about 30 minutes. The central location of the villa is only a few minutes to several restaurants (Cape Harbour about 10 minutes) and Shopping facilities (Publix and Walmart in only 5). The recreational opportunities in the area are diverse. You can quickly reach the beach of Cape Coral or one of the many golf courses. The 'Sunsplash Water Park' is min only about 15 minutes from the house. The beach at Ft. Myers Beach (approx 30 min) invites you to swim, sunbathe and relax. In approximately 40 minutes you reach the islands Sanibel and Captiva with true dream beaches! Cape Coral is located on the west coast of Florida, directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

Golf: Cape Coral has not only more channels and waterways than Venice, but offers within about 40 minutes as many as 30 golf courses to choose from.

Not only the professionals among the golfers, but beginners will find fantastic conditions and unique plants.

The nearest golf course is only 10 minutes away by car.
