This nice, quiet and ideally situated city apartment in the western heart of Berlin offers comfortable rooms and the possibility of ordering breakfast in the bakery downstairs. Only 14 minutes by direct bus from the International congress Center ICC and MESSE (Convention Hall) Berlin.Best shopping area, excellent cultural attractions, restaurants, theaters, movies are quite close. The famous Kurfürstendamm or 'Ku-damm' is only 4 metro stations away, and Wittenbergplatz with Europe's larges department store KaDeWe can be easily reached. A nearby park offers relaxing walks.

Secure parking in the inner courtyard (fee). An elevator offers easy access for the handicapped.

The apartment is fully equipped for up to 4 persons. Living room with W-LAN (no fee) large flat screen TV, DVD and CD Player and sofa-bed for two.. Kitchen, full bath with tub.Quiet bedroom with double bed. Baby cot available upon request. Bedlinen can be ordered (10 € per person / week).

Two large bedrooms, one with a desk and an additional very large couch area offer privacy and comfort. Modern bath with tub. W-LAN (no fee), wide flat TV screen, DVD. CD-Player. The bakery in the same building offers breakfast.

Very pleasant apartment

My mother and I stayed here for two weeks recently. The apartment was large and clean, very pleasant furnishings, and in an area both convenient and quiet. U-Bahn station is just a block away. The owners are helpful, kind people. The only thing to be aware of for non-german speakers is that there aren't English channels on the television (it's antenna) so bring a movie library for quiet nights. Also, the caretaker is unresponsive. The owners made up for it though! We would definitiely stay here again if we visit Berlin and anyone should feel very confident renting from them. Thank you for a lovely stay.
