The apartments are located in the city center, in the particularly in-demand residential area of Berlin Friedenau-Schöneberg. They are situated in an exclusive, elegant and very quiet building and were completely refurbished.

All apartments are fully equipped. Rubens1 is ideal for 8 persons, Rubens2 for 6 persons, Rubens3 for 3 persons and Rubens4 for 4 persons and Rubens5 for 6 persons.

The apartments are very close to the underground and bus stop. From the apartments you can reach 'Mitte' by underground in only 10-15 minutes.

Tourist information: It’s very easy to visit Berlin by bus and underground, the whole city is reachable by the public transports also by night, a car isn't necessary.

As the city center is very large, it is a good idea is to visit it by bike A bike rental is easily reachable from the apartments.

The apartment is situated within the central and much in-demand residential area of Berlin Friedenau-Schöneberg; it is in an elegant and exclusive building and was completely refurbished. The flat is on the mezzanine floor, with garden view. The flat is very quiet and it is a charming apartment which sleeps 3 + 1 child (max. 1.60mt). It is tastefully furnished with loving care in every detail. The bathroom is elegantly furnished with a enclose shower-cabin. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric stove, an electrical coffee machine and a toaster. The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a queen size double-bed; in the living room there is a living-area with a single bed (80cmX195cm), a sofabed (90cmX165cm), a television with DVD and a CD player.

Though being very central, this area is quiet and safe, ideal for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The underground (S-Bahn) station of Friedenau (Line 1) is 350m away from the apartment and in easy walking distance (Cranachstrasse corner of Dürerplatz). The Potsdamerplatz is reachable in 5 stops, Unter den Linden and the Brandeburger Tor are just 6 stops away, Friedrichstrasse and Museum Insel are 7 stops away. The bus stop (bus 187) is in front of the entrance door. Cultural sites and the main shopping areas of the city are within short distances and easily reachable. Shops, food-stores, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. are all 200m away.

  • - The price is for 2 persons, each other person up to a maximum of 3 has a cost of € 10 per day. It is possible to sleep 4 the bed is shorter than a normal single bed 165cm (€5 per day for for another person up to 4).
    - Final cleaning €35.
    - Security deposit €100 by cash at arrival, to be refunded at check out.
    - 40% Booking deposit by bank transfer.
    - Cancellation charges: more than 8 weeks prior to arrival-no charge, between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival 50% of the full rental rate. In case of later cancellation 100% of the full rental rate in case the flat is not rented, otherwise we'll pay back the rental rate.
