Situated beside the Beltway Magalhães Teixeira and region of the Lawn. 7000m2, fully grassed and walled with 2 fully avarandadas houses with two rooms, four suites, refrigerators, microwave, freezer, TV with cable tv, stoves, cookware, inside and outside grills, playground, grassy fields and volleyball soccer nets, beds for 18 people, extra mattresses for over 13 people, 12x6 pool games, ping pong and pool

The farm is just off Highway Magalhães Teixeira (DERSA the ring road, connecting the highway with Pedro Anhanguera) and is located on the border between Campinas and Valinhos, the Garden Esmeraldina. The distance Avenue Princess D'West is 5 km, with a time of about 10 minutes. Next the Extra Supermarket, allows quick access to centers or Valinhos Campinas.
