It is located in the center of Willemstad, so you can walk by feed to the most desired places: restaurants, bars, beach clubs, dancing events, harbor, floating market, shops, shopping malls and many of the sightseeing points.

Residence Pietermaai offers two apartments for rent: 'Ocean FRONT' and 'Ocean BREEZE'. 'Ocean BREEZE' consists of 1 sleeping rooms (double-bed), entrance/living room, kitchenette, bathroom with sink and shower, and toilet. Internet is available. great place in a great location!

We were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for a week in January.
The place is really spacious and has all the amenities and really is an awesome deal for the price.
It is right on the water, some waves even sprayed on the deck!
The house is in walking distance from downtown Willemstad, very close to the restaurants, shops and the harbor.
The owner is a great host, very knowledgeable about the island, the inhabitants and the history.
He is a treasure trove of information about beaches, sightseeing and places to go to and restaurants to eat at.
He also provided us with a phone in case we needed his help.
The wireless internet is quite reliable and after thorough explanation we had no trouble serving the net.
The a.c. worked well.
Whenever we would be back in Curacao, we would love to stay in this place again and we can highly recommend it to anyone!
