Sleeps 10/13. 5 bedroom air conditioned family home with infinity edge pool (with child cover). Designer kitchen, 2 sitting rooms, dining room, gym and games room. Recently restored to the highest standards & with wifi throughout. Set around a central courtyard (with BBQ and pizza oven) and has 3 other outdoor terraces. Near town of Gaiole (banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars), Siena 25 mins, Florence 1 hour away.

Recently restored to the highest standards of craftsmanship and design, Le Pratola is a luxurious retreat perfect for all ages. The infinity pool, gardens, games room & gym easily occupy the whole family. Nearby is an endless choice of castles, medieval towns and beautiful cities, including Siena and Florence. For the more active, try trekking, horse riding or cycling. Le Pratola has a concierge service that can organise optional extras such as guided wine tours, drivers, chefs, spa treatments and much more. Le Pratola is easy to travel to- fly into Pisa, Florence or Perugia (1.5 hours away). Car hire is easy and you will meet a Le Pratola representative in Gaiole who will take you to the house. To help you instantly relax, Benvenuti groceries are available upon arrival (which include local bread, eggs, jam, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, water and fruit juice).

Note:

Le Pratola has been restored so that it enhances its beautiful environment. As a result solar panels heat water, the underfloor heating system is powered by bio fuels and the garden irrigation uses collected rainfall water. A dedicated well provides water to the property- this water is treated and softened so it is fit for personal consumption. Air-conditioning exists in all bedrooms & dining room.

The nearest town to Le Pratola is Gaiole- 3km away- an attractive town with banks, supermarkets and delicatessens, a chemist, restaurants and bars, hardware store, clothing stores and gift shops.
