164 m² living space, 3 separate bedrooms - each with a/c. Sleeping accommodations for 6 people: a double bed 160x200, two single beds 80x200 (Can be put together as a large bed). A bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, 2 sinks and hair dryer. Second bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and WC. Furthermore, there is also a guest WC on the bottom floor with WC, urinal and sink. Living room with fireplace, dining table, satellite TV. Large covered terrace directly in front of the living room, large open terrace, beautifully covered BBQ area and built in Mediterranean style. Direct view of the garden. Open kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster. Ironing board, iron, washing machine, vacuum, garden, whirlpool and outdoor shower.

  • -One-time final cleaning € 100. When booking your flight, find out about taking out a travel cancellation insurance. A rental deposit of 50% is due within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining amount of 50% is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. If you back out of the rental contract, compensation must be paid according to the following classification: up to 90 days before rental begin = 25% of the rental price; up to 30 days before rental begin = 60% of the rental price; up to 20 days before rental begin = 75% of the rental price; 14 days before rental begin = 90% of the rental price. In each case, the tenant has the right to find a replacement for them to take their place in the existing contract.
