The house was renovated and furnished in a modern way in 2009/10 and contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There are electric kitchen appliances (like dishwasher, microwave, Side by Side, fridge and freezer combination with drinking water and ice maker) installed in 2009. The house has air conditioning with additional fine/dust filter. Every room has a ceiling fan. The house has a solar heated pool, surrounded by a terrace with a hall like construction, covered with a gauze, permeable to air and sunlight. The house has cable for the TV and additionally internet connection. The house disposes of a spacious double garage for your use.

Holiday house on the Gulf of Mexico /central west Florida, bordering the Gulf with plenty of beaches for swimming and boat hire. The house is located in Hudson on the Gulf Coast about 30 miles north of Tampa. Because of the central position the house is an ideal base for countless excursions, for example Busch Gardens in Tampa (about 30 miles) or Sea World, Disney World, Universal Studios in Orlando (about 85 miles), the Kennedy Space Centre on the other side of the island, about 130 miles. Miami, the Everglades and Key West can be reached easily and fast due to the good streets/infrastructure. The shopping leaves nothing to desire. Outlet malls are located in Orlando, Sarasota/ Ellenton a close to Ft. Myers airport. Shopping malls in Port Richey (15 miles) and Tampa. For the daily provisions there are various supermarkets within a radius of 5 miles, and restaurants are easily and fast to reach.

Notes

  • The weekly price of 485.00 Euro is for 4 people. Single days /extra days on request (ask for the price). For the rental period we charge € 85.00 for the final cleaning. The rental price together with a security deposit of Euro 200.00 / $ 200,00 is to pay after the written confirmation / conclusion of the booking. The security deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks after the end of the rental period. The rental price includes the utilities (electricity, water)
    For the deployment of an internet confection we ask for a weekly fee of € 8.
  • Independent from the length of the stay, the tenant has to deposit a security deposit of € 250.00. The deposit counts a security for possible damages of the rental object.

  • The house has 3 bedrooms, which are all equipped with queen size beds. The rooms are equipped with two bedside tables, one chest of drawers and a dresser with mirrors each. Additionally there is a large typical wardrobe in every room. The master bedroom has a separate bed with a walk in closet, which is situated between bedroom and bathroom. The other two bedrooms are, as shown in the photo, similar/identically equipped. We though of the young guests as well. For them we have a children's travel cot, which can be set up quickly if required.

We really enjoyed staying at this location. It was a very quiet area, great neighbours and we felt very comfortable and safe. The master bedroom is very large and an excellent bathroom particularly for the elderly as there is a walk in shower with a sit down bench. The elderly relatives with us really appreciated this due to their limitations. The house was equipped with everything that one would need. A booklet was available that provided helpful information about the house, shopping, medical clinics/ hospital, attractions, etc. Regina & Gary were very accommodating and made sure that our stay was comfortable. The dwelling and property was very clean and well cared for.

GREAT HOUSE!!!

We had a wonderful time in this wonderful house! It has everything you need and even more. The house is even more beautiful than on the pictures and Regina does a great job at keeping it clean and ready for the guests. It is close to great places (weeki wachee, homossasa spring national park, Tarpon Spring,Honeymoon Island, Busch Garden, Sea World and all the attractions in Orlando only 2 hours away, beaches,...)and to all the stores and restaurants you need. And all that in a very quiet and natural area.
Our kids really enjoyed the pool. We really had great vacations and we recommand this house and this beautiful area to everybody. Thanks a lot and à bientôt.
