On the hillock, only the tenants of 'Warftkroog' will be there. You will stay really secluded here. The street which passes by the house consists of two strips of concrete and is used almost exclusively by the agricultural crowd. To the south of the roughly 3000 m² plot runs a small canal on which you can paddle. All major grocery stores can be found right in St. Peter Ording.
