St Clair is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa, newly furnished and decorated, just five minutes walk from the beach and close to all amenities including buses, shops, banks, bars and restaurants. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite, with showers. The villa is situated on the West Coast opposite Almond Beach Hotel and Port St Charles Marina just off the main road, in a quiet residential street. The villa has a beautiful garden and upstairs veranda with sea views. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is a laundry room available. The kitchen is properly equipped and has a microwave, there is a TV with satellite channels. Maid service and car hire is available if required at extra cost. There is easy access to golf, diving schools and horse riding facilities and the owner has a special contact with a prestigious Gun Club.

St Clair is situated in Heywoods Park which is a residential area near Speightstown on the West Coast on the Caribbean. The immediate area is quiet and very safe and Speightstown is lively with a range of shopping, banking and leisure opportunities. The coast is beautiful with clean, white sand and clear blue water which is ideal for lazy paddling, snorkeling, swimming and water sports. You can find busy beaches and quiet, empty beaches within minutes of the house. The island of Barbados is only 14 miles by 21 miles so getting anywhere is easy and relatively quick. If you prefer the water of the Atlantic coast, you are only half an hour away.

Activities: The rental is ideal for those who enjoy quiet, almost deserted beaches. However, for those who enjoy diving, water sports, horse riding, polo, cricket, golf and busier beaches they are to be found a very short distance from the house and can be accessed by public transport or car in less than 5 minutes.

Cricket World Cup: Please enquire for rentals for this period. It is in a good location for public transport to all parts of the island.

I can honestly say that we had the best of all worlds, fabulous beaches, fun nightlife, good restaurants and lots of local colour. We really got to see and experience Barbados first hand. (Margaret and Nia).

I come to Barbados every year and this is the best villa so far, clean, tidy, well-equipped and near to everything. (Diane)

Had a wonderful Time - Great Location

The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. It is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. On our first day there we met our neighbor across the street. We had a few questions and he was kind enough to answer them. He even went out of his way to pick us up and drop us off at our destination when he saw us walking. It is great to get up in the morning and have your morning coffee on the roof where you have a terrific view of the area and the water. Not to mention the breeze that brings the cooling sea air directly to you. The beach is truly just a short walk away and is easily acessible. The shopping area is close by (walking distance)and groceries can be purchased from any of the markets or 'market ladies'. To get a full experience of the country, take the bus. The 'reggae busses' are the best ones. I always had a story to tell whenever I took a 'reggae bus'. It runs close to the house, again within walking distance. This home is located in a great area in that it is within walking distance to many amenities and necessities. I would recommend this home to visitors. There is privacy and answers to any questions is a phone call away. I intend to stay here again when I visit next.

Perfect family getaway for all ages

I chose this villa due to the clear, lovely pictures of all the bedrooms as well as other rooms. When we saw the villa we were not disapointed. The accuratcy of the discriptions was evident. The layout of the villa was perfect for our family. My mother aged 66, my son aged 2 and my partner and myself all were comfortable. The owner that met us, Blair, was very patient considering we were 2 hours behind schedule! He still showed us around and answered our questions with a warm smile and never hurried us at all. There are plenty of activies like fishing, glass bottom boat rides (my son loved that!) and snorkeling and swimming with the turltes which my Husband loved and my Mother wished she had her bathing suit to partake! The people in general are very polite and make you feel welcome and ready to help you even if you don't ask! There are lots of eateries, food and clothes shops in Speightstown and lots to see. All within walking distance if you can take the sun! I have already recommended this villa to my friends who were impressed by the photo's on this website. Thank you all for a fab oppertunity! Hopefully see in soon!
