Villa in top location, 200 m from the beach with beach access, 10 m own pool and nice garden. New Villa with high standard (extra pressure pump for enough pressure for the big showers, high quality of the water) 6 km from the golf 18 hole golf course. diving school and kite surf school nearby. Safari possibilities next shipping centre approx. 500 m. Location between 40 thieves beachbar and Nomads. central but still quiet location. Chances to make a real Africa experience in front of your doorstep are high. Location of the Villa is between the beach and the forest and monkeys are passing by in the morning and evening. They are used to human beings and not shy. Real nice experience when you take a coffee in the morning and watch them.

200 m from the beach 30 km south of Mombasa. Diving school and kite surf school nearby. Golf course 10 minutes with the taxi. Taxi from the airport to the house is 25 Euro and approx. 40 minutes drive. Nice nature in a compound with 22 villas with security system etc. Diving and surf paradise. Temperature the whole year between 28 and 32 degrees celsius.

Notes: built in year 2009 with focus on quality and comfortable living experience. The house is an a central location 200 m from the beach. Several beach bars nearby and still you have your quiet privacy with full security systems. The villa is between the beach and the forest so chances are high that you meet our lovley monkeys who are sometimes stealing florals and looking over the fence. That is Africa 'life' The beach is perfect for jogging because it´s wide and the sand is hard next to the water and you have several km open beach for running activities. Sand is white and fine grained similar to flour. Most of the time you have a light breeze and it s a paradise for kite surfing but the breeze is never cold. The temperatures are during the whole year between 28 and 32 degrees celsius so there is no real season and you can enjoy the place the whole year. The water of the pool is checked on a daily base for best water quality with low chemicals as possible. So relax and enjoy the sunset
