Luxurious three-bedroom two-bathroom second floor condo in the building with an elevator. Sleeps eight. Unit is located on Ocean side of Highway One and on a bike trail connecting Lewes and Rehoboth.
This beautiful and well maintained unit backs to the woods. You can walk (about 25 minutes), bike or drive (about nine blocks) to the BEACH. We provide parking permit to park on streets close to the beach and boardwalk. You can walk to restaurants located nearby and downtown Rehoboth. Take shuttle bus after spending fun evening on the boardwalk.Bring your bikes. Bike racks are availble. Bikes are also avaiable for rent from local rental shop.Gym is a short walk away at YMCA and 'the Firm'. Close to public tennis courts. Golf courses are in close proximity. Inquire about locations.
Master bedroom has queen size bed (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has two full size beds (sleeps 4). Third bedroom has one full size bed (sleeps 2). Bring your linens and towels. Rentals of linens can be arranged upon request for additional charge. Every room and porch have casablanca fans. Unit has central air conditioner. Unit is equipped with washer, dryer and cable TV. TV set is in every room, including two TVs with DVD/VCR players.
Full upgraded kitchen is equipped with a flat top stove, stainless steel refrigirator, microwave oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher. Pots, plates, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, etc... are included.
For your enjoyment there are books, games and children movies.

Sorry, no pets, no smoking in the unit. Sorry, no groups of young adults: students or graduates. Families and mature individuals are welcome.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2:00 pm, check-out time is 10:00 am. Cleaning fee is $150. Partial week rentals are available. During summer season unit will be rented for partial weeks as last minute reservation. Call about rates.
Rehoboth is a city you will fall in love with. It has beautiful shady streets, lakes, nice boardwalk with 'Funland' attractions. Rehoboth have nice, clean beaches, many restaurants for every taste. Rehoboth Beach has many activities all year around like Jazz Festivals, Independent Movies and Sea Witch Festivals, Band Stand performances, volleyball games at the beach, and, of course, tax-free shopping.
Golfers! There are many golf courses in the area.
If you like parties, drive (two miles) to Dewey Beach. Rusty Rudder restaurant has music and dancing on a deck right on Rehoboth Bay. It also offers excellent seafood and buffet. Next to 'Rusty' is 'Crabber Cove' for those who likes unlimited crabs.
For those who like parks, 15-minute drive to Lewes will bring you to Henlopen State Park with its beaches, hiking, biking, or camping. Nearby is a Lewes-Cape May Ferry that takes you to New Jersey's great Cape May.
