This two-tiered Villa has 4 bedrooms with both double and single beds, 3 bathrooms, one small and one large livingroom (about 80 sqm), 3 private gardens with cacti, palm trees and exotic flowers, 2 south-facing terraces with direct view over the ocean, completely protected from the outside world guaranteeing your privacy whilst you enjoy the evening sun at the barbeque or at the dining table outside. The villa is unbelievably well located: it sits on a rock jutting out of the sea: it feels like being on a ship in midst of the ocean. The gardens and terraces boast a 180 degree view of the sea, and promise an unforgettable holiday. The villa lies between two beaches, which are accessible within one minute on foot. Restaurants, supermarkets and a good handful of bars are all within 5 minutes walk.

Location: Gran Canaria < Canary Islands

The villa boasts an impressive 180 degree view of the Atlantic ocean and has large outside space (2 private terraces; 3 private exotic gardens) overlooking the sea only a few steps away. The villa is in fact built on a rock between two beaches, which are only a few steps away (one minute on foot). It is perfect for rest and relaxation: you could feel like a ship in midst of the ocean. You can choose to go for a quiet swim in the heated swimming pool which also overlooks the sea, or choose one of the two neighbouring beaches to enjoy the Canary sun. It is lovely to listen to the waves crashing into the rocks and the seagulls making their rounds, especially in the calm of the night, whilst you can doze and watch the stars above. Or you can choose to make the most of the vibrant nightlife nearby in Playa del Ingles. The climate during the day is between 20-30 degrees and at night 15-20 degrees all year round.
