Ideal for a comfortable stay in Perugia and for the discovery of Umbria. Sights, restaurants, supermarket and shops can be reached on foot and the roofed parking (inclusive) is only a few minutes away. Central and quiet location. Through one of the oldest alleys of the town, you can reach the entrance gate of the spacious apartment, which is situated on the ground floor of the building. It consists of a large living room, 2 bedrooms with double bed and an adjacent bathroom in each case and one twin room, a walk-in closet and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room and the 2 bedrooms have air-conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available. This apartment can be rented weekly from Sunday to Sunday, or from Sunday to Thursday, or from Thursday to Sunday. All expenses are covered with the rental rate.
