The apartment is located on a well-kept resort with swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness area, tennis & volleyball courts & club rooms. It is around 70m² large, with its combined kitchen & living with a dining area, a bathroom with WC & a shower. It is suited for up to 2 people. The terrace is reachable from the living and sleeping area. The apartment is completely newly renovated and equipped with new furniture. The bedroom has a King- Size Bed.

The resort has large lawns and it is surrounded with tropical plants & small artificial lakes with fountains, offering a wonderful atmosphere

There is a private parking lot. For small and big problems there is a landlord, who speaks German, available at the place.

Surrounding: Nearby you will find many restaurants and shopping facilities. The nearest Airport: Southwest Florida International (RSW, Fort Myers) 18 km away. The Miami Airport is at about 2h by car away. Fort Myers is located directly on the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. El dorado for golf players, fishers and everyone who loves the warmth, water sports, beach, calm and relax.

Excursion possibilities: Visit the beaches of Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel Island. Miromar Outlets & Coconut Pointe Mall. In the region around Fort Myers there are different natural parks as Lovers Key State Park, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, Corkscrew Swamp Audubon Sanctuary and much more. Fort Myers offers a perfect base point for those looking for a lot of excursions: for example daily excursions to Tampa, Orland, St. Petersburg, Miami, Marco Island, Everglades City (boat tours) etc. A speedboat takes you to a daily trip at Key West.

Ft. Myers located close to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico;t can be called the paradise. The clime is not only pleasing in winter, but in summer and now you can feel good here as well. The average of sunny days in Florida is the 330 a year. The daily temperatures hardly ever fall down from the 20-23 degrees even in winter. On the high summer the thermometer reaches the 28-35 degrees. And meanwhile a wake breeze waft from the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Fort Myers there are the Sanibel & Captiva islands, between over than 100 inhabited & uninhabited islands, with their wonderful, white, and in part free of people beaches. You will reach them after a short drive.
